Luxury vinyl plank is the workhorse of the modern Canadian home: waterproof, warm underfoot and hard to scratch. We handle underlay, levelling, click-lock and glue-down systems, plus proper expansion gaps and stair transitions so nothing lifts or peaks a year later.
Pattern floors are where craftsmanship shows. We lay out the room from centre lines, cut mitred borders on site and keep every point crisp. Herringbone, chevron, basketweave and custom feature borders — installed with the patience the pattern deserves.
Stairs are the hardest-working surface in the house. We strip carpet, reclad treads and risers to match your new floor, install solid nosing and finish the stringers and landings properly. Winders and curved flights welcome — we template every tread.
Old ceramic, glued vinyl, staples and stubborn thinset all come out. We scrape, grind, patch and self-level so your new floor sits flat and quiet. Dust control and daily clean-up are standard — we work in your home like it's ours.
